A 50% DEPOSIT AT TIME OF BOOKING IS REQUIRED TO HOLD A DATE
Payment in full is due two weeks prior to your event. Please contact us by phone or email of you would like to make other payment arrangements. Dates cannot be held without either payment, deposit or payment arrangement.
Please be sure to enter a phone number that will be answered the day of your event. We’ll also use this number to give you a confirmation call from your Game Coach a week prior.
We don’t accept bookings from 3rd Parties. (RushCube is a 3rd Party Booker). We accept bookings directly from the Client, Fundraising Rep or Event Planner.
